Brooke Hearts Your Heart launched in February 2020 with a mission to spread awareness and to raise funds for the American Heart Association. Our own Brooke Olzendam continues to share her personal story of loss that fuels her passion for heart health. After six successful years raising more than $150,000 for American Heart Association and learning of countless stories of lives changed by her story, Brooke returns in 2026 to continue her efforts to educate Trail Blazers fans and our community.
